At YourVegasShop.com, we want you to love your purchase. We offer a 7-day return window on eligible items to make shopping with us risk-free.

Eligibility for Returns

  • You may return unused and unopened items within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • All items must be in their original packaging, with tags attached, and in brand-new condition.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-designed products (any item that has been personalized, engraved, or made to order).
  • Opened, used, or damaged products.
  • Personal care / hygiene items (such as Festival Survival Kits containing opened or used consumables like Liquid IV, sunscreen, hand sanitizer, etc.).
  • Glow / light-up items that have been activated or show signs of use.
  • Items marked as Final Sale.

Due to the nature of custom and personalized products, we are unable to accept returns on these items.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at dsallaccess@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with return instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  3. Ship the item back to us at your expense (we recommend using a trackable shipping method).

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically issued within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • If the item is not in original, unused condition, we reserve the right to deny the return or deduct restocking fees.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photos. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at our discretion.

Exchanges

We currently only offer refunds. If you need a different size, color, or style, please place a new order after your return is processed.
